Fresh chicken with spinach salad


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, fresh mint (finely chopped), oil (with garlic and chili pepper), white balsamic vinegar, chicken fillets (a la minute), red onion (in thin rings), spinach and pistolets.

Directions

  1. Mix in a bowl the fresh mint with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp vinegar. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in the marinade. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, mix the onion with the remaining tablespoon balsamic vinegar and marinate for 5 minutes. Mix 2 tbsp oil and salt and pepper to taste through the onions in the bowl and scoop the spinach lightly.
  3. Halve the pistolets in length and brush the cutting edges with 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Heat a frying pan and toast the cut sides of the buns until golden brown. Heat the frying pan again and roast the chicken breasts in approx. 3 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn them regularly.
  5. Put the fillets each on a plate, spoon the salad half on the chicken and put the sandwiches next to it.
