Salmon salad with pancetta and dill sauce
Salad with baby cream lettuce, pink salmon, fresh dill and lemon mayonnaise with fried pancetta.

Cut the bacon into strips, finely chop the shallot and finely chop the dill.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pancetta in 3 min. Until crispy. Stir in the shallot and remove the pan from the heat.

Meanwhile divide the lettuce over the plates.

Clean the salmon and divide into pieces. Distribute over the lettuce. Spoon the bacon strips and shallot over them.

Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise and dill. Season with pepper. Spoon the dill sauce over the salmon salad.
