Creamy pea soup with cat bacon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, pork bacon, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic, chicken stock, garden peas (450 g, frozen, organic) and whipped cream (125 ml).

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and bake the bacon in about 6 minutes. Drain on a piece of kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Add 500 ml of water and the bouillon tablet and bring to the boil. Add the garden peas and let them thaw in about 2 minutes. Purée with the hand blender to a smooth soup. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the soup into the glasses and pour a little whipped cream into each glass. Place the pieces of bacon on the glasses.
