Sweet and sour corn with paprika and pineapple
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: yellow peppers, corn granules ((300 g), drained), pineapple pieces ((250 g, frozen), thawed), white wine vinegar, chives ((25 g) and chopped).

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise. Remove the green stalk and the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Put in a bowl and add the corn and the pineapple. Spoon the salad with the vinegar and the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with chicken piri piri.
