Directions

  1. Cut the green leaves from the carrots to 2 cm, scrape the carrots and rinse them under running water.
  2. Cook them in the orange juice with the honey, salt to taste and the water in 6-8 min. Al dente.
  3. Spoon the carrots with a slotted spoon from the pan into a bowl.
  4. Let the cooking liquid with the butter in 5-10 min. Reduce to a syrup and scoop through the carrots.
