Italian meatballs with tomato sauce
Beat the egg. Slice the garlic and sundried tomatoes.
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, tomato and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Knead well.
Divide the mince into 12 portions and form balls with moist hands. Press them down a little.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat in 4 min. Brown.
Add the tomato cubes and let the balls cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Change regularly.
