Directions

  1. Brush the slices of bread on one side with the mustard.
  2. Half the dough with 1/2 slice of cheese, pastrami and then again with ½ slice of cheese.
  3. Cover with the unpotted slices of bread with the mustard side down.
  4. Brush the sandwiches on both sides with butter.
  5. Heat two frying pans with non-stick coating without butter or oil and fry the sandwiches for 3 min on low heat and then for 3 min on medium heat.
  6. Turn the sandwiches regularly.
