Brush the slices of bread on one side with the mustard.

Half the dough with 1/2 slice of cheese, pastrami and then again with ½ slice of cheese.

Cover with the unpotted slices of bread with the mustard side down.

Brush the sandwiches on both sides with butter.

Heat two frying pans with non-stick coating without butter or oil and fry the sandwiches for 3 min on low heat and then for 3 min on medium heat.

Turn the sandwiches regularly.
