Cut the top of the sweet peppers, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin rings. Cut the spring onion into thin rings.

Divide 1/8 of the chips over a gourmet pan. Sprinkle with 1/8 of the peppers and 1/8 of the cheese.

Put the pan under the grill and let the cheese melt in about 5 minutes.

Divide 1/8 of the chili sauce and 1/8 of the forest rings over the mincedo dish. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
