Greek beans
A nice Greek recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, black olives (without pip (a 240 g), drained), white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and white cheese (a 200 g).

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook the beans in approx. 8 min. Until al dente. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Mix the green beans with the olives, the vinegar and the oil. Crumble the cheese and season with pepper.
