Lemon risotto
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, onion (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), risotto rice (pack 500 g), chicken broth (from tablet), lemon (scrubbed) and parsley (finely chopped).

Heat the butter in a deep pan.

Fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the risotto rice and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour the broth in shoots while stirring.

Only add a new shoot as the previous one has been absorbed by the rice.

Stir frequently.

The risotto is ready after about 20 minutes.

The rice is then still firm, but no longer hard.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above and stir in the parsley..
