Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Mix the sprouts with the rest of the ingredients on a baking tray and grill for about 10 minutes at the top of the oven.
  3. Shake the sprouts and roast for another 10 minutes until they are al dente.
  4. Sprinkle the sprouts with (coarse) salt and pepper. Drip with some lemon juice if necessary.
