Avocado cocktail with cayenne pepper
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, mayonnaise, crème fraîche, ketchup, cayenne pepper, avocado, iceberg lettuce (in thin strips) and cocktail shrimp (a 125 g).

Squeeze out the lemon. Make a sauce of the mayonnaise, crème fraiche, ketchup and 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper. Season with a few drops of lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Cut the avocado in half around the pit in half. Remove the kernel and the peel and cut the avocado into thin slices. Sprinkle the avocado with some lemon juice to preserve its green color. Divide the iceberg lettuce over the glasses, divide the avocado and the shrimps over it. Spoon a spoonful of sauce in each glass and sprinkle with the rest of the cayenne pepper.
