A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: basil (a 15 g), avocado, buffalo mozzarella ((a 125 g), in slices), roma tomatoes (in slices), Italian extra virgin olive oil (500 ml bottle) and chilli pepper (milligram 26 g ).

Cut the basil leaves into thin strips. Cut the avocado in half around the pit in half. Remove the kernel and the peel and cut the avocado into thin slices.
