Directions

  1. Sprinkle the bacon strips with ginger powder, salt and pepper. Pour a dash of sweet soy marinade, mix well and marinate.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the meat in portions so that it does not boil. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in the soy sauce, vinegar and a dash of water and let simmer for about 20 minutes at a low setting so that the sauce thickens. Add the leeks for the last 5 minutes.
