Spaghetti with artichokes
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti, tomatoes, red pepper, black olives without seeds, olive oil, artichoke hearts (carciofi, 190 g), spicy cheese (piece) and rucola salad (75 g).

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions for use.

Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Clean pepper, remove seeds and cut pepper.

Cut the olives into slices.

Fry pepper in oil in frying pan.

Add tomatoes and olives and heat for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add artichokes.

Grate cheese.

Mix spaghetti with sauce and divide into four plates.

Sprinkle with rocket and cheese..
