Directions

  1. Bake the bread in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shawarma for 5 minutes. Spoon the bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Mix the vinegar with the sugar and pepper and salt to taste in a bowl.
  2. Scoop the cucumber through. Cut the bread open, divide the shawarma-pepper mixture over the bottom. Pour the garlic sauce over it, put the top half of the bread on and halve the bread. Serve with the cucumber salad.
