Ravioli with walnuts
Italian pasta with ravioli rosso, walnuts, vine tomatoes, spinach, green pesto and Parmesan cheese.

Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir fry the spinach, add in a few parts. Do not add the next part until the spinach has shrunk.

Mix the ravioli with the spinach, tomato strips and pesto. Garnish with the Parmesan cheese and the walnuts.
