Baked apple with banana and walnuts
Not difficult at all, completely delicious! Only let caramelise feast just.

Cut the peeled apples into 8 parts and remove the cores.

Sprinkle the apple slices with half of the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

Talk the banana.

Stir in the honey, the crème fraîche and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with the mashed banana.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the apple slices on a moderate heat source on both sides until lightly browned.

Sprinkle the wedges with sugar during baking and allow to caramelise.

Divide the baked apple slices over four plates.

Leave a space free in front of the banana mixture in the middle of the plate.

Garnish the dish with walnuts.
