Baked apple with banana and walnuts


Not difficult at all, completely delicious! Only let caramelise feast just.

Directions

  1. Cut the peeled apples into 8 parts and remove the cores.
  2. Sprinkle the apple slices with half of the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
  3. Talk the banana.
  4. Stir in the honey, the crème fraîche and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with the mashed banana.
  5. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the apple slices on a moderate heat source on both sides until lightly browned.
  6. Sprinkle the wedges with sugar during baking and allow to caramelise.
  7. Divide the baked apple slices over four plates.
  8. Leave a space free in front of the banana mixture in the middle of the plate.
  9. Garnish the dish with walnuts.
