Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Spread the slices of puff pastry over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together divide 2/3 of them over the puff pastry.
  4. Cut each slice of puff pastry into 3 triangles and slide a bit apart.

  8. Roll up the triangle from the apple side to a croissant.

  10. Brush the top of the croissants with the egg yolk.
  11. Dip the tops in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  12. Bake in the middle of the oven in 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
