Chocolate cake with forest fruit sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: orange, forest fruit mix (frozen 450 g), red wine, vanilla sugar, jelly sugar, cinnamon, whipped cream (125 ml) and chocolate muffins (4 pieces).

Season orange peels and zest or grate with zest strips (orange is not used). Fry frozen forest fruits with red wine, vanilla sugar, jelly sugar, half of orange zest and mspoint cinnamon gently for 30 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Carefully shovel occasionally. Take the pan of heat and let the sauce cool down until lukewarm. The sauce is also a bit thicker.

Whip cream in a whipped cream. Remove chocolate muffins from paper molds and place each in the middle of the plate. Give the forest fruit sauce all around. Create whipped cream on chocolate muffins. Sprinkle the rest of orange zest over whipped cream.
