Granita of vermouth with cinnamon
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: cinnamon sticks, sugar, white vermouth and blackberries.

Fry the cinnamon sticks for about 10 hours in 1/2 liter of water.

Bring water with cinnamon sticks to the boil, add sugar and let sugar roast while stirring.

Take the pan of fire and stir in vermouth.

Allow mixture to cool and remove cinnamon sticks.

Cool cinnamon liquid in the freezer box and let it freeze in approx.

4 hours.

After 1 hour of ice, stir every 30 minutes with a fork to prevent large ice crystals.

(Or turn ice into ice cream according to instructions for use.) Divide Granita over four sections.

Possibly garnish with cinnamon stick and blackberry..
