Marinated citrus fruit
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: sereh (lemon grass), hand oranges, fine granulated sugar, lime (squeezed), red grapefruits and Greek yoghurt.

Remove hard outer leaves of lemongrass, cut stems into 3 pieces and bruise. Rub an orange and brush with zesteur beautiful strips of skin (or with peeler draw broad strips of skin and cut into thin, long strips). Bring to the boil in pan of sugar with peelings, lime juice and 100 ml of water while stirring. Take the pan of fire, stir in lemongrass and let the syrup cool down. Grapefruits and oranges thickly peel and cut into slices. Place citrus fruit in the bowl, give lemon grass syrup and marinate fruit salad in a refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Spread citrus fruit with marinade over four plates. remove lemon grass pieces from fruit salad. Make a full spoonful of yoghurt in the middle of each plate.
