Baked cheese in a nutmeg
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: extra mature cheese (Goudse, each about 200 g), egg, dried thyme, pecans (80 g), bread crumbs and butter.

Halve cheese slices and cut off crust.

Beat in deep plate egg with thyme and pinch of pepper.

Pecan nuts in kitchen paper to remove some salt.

Nuts (in food processor) mince and mix with breadcrumbs on flat plate.

Roll the cheese slices through egg and then press them tightly around in a nut mixture, so that cheese slices are completely covered with them.

Cook butter in frying pan with non-stick coating and fry cheese slices for 5 minutes.

Turn cheese carefully with two spatulas and bake for another 5 minutes.

Slice cheese slices from pan onto four warm plates.

Delicious with roasted potatoes and a salad with snow peas..
