Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
-
With a sharp knife, partially hollow out the potatoes.
-
Cut the skin of the sausages, knead some paprika through the sausage meat and fill the potatoes well.
-
Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil.
-
Puff them in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes until done.
-
Check whether the potato is cooked by inserting it with a peeler; when the knife slides easily through the crumb, the potato is cooked.
-
Stir the garlic and the chives through the yoghurt and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
-
Remove the potatoes from the aluminum foil and spoon over the yoghurt sauce.
-
Add the rest of the yogurt sauce separately.
-
Delicious with endive salad..
