Stuffed zucchini with cranberry mince
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, courgettes, half-to-half-minced, onion (chopped), curry powder, cranberry compote (pot a 350 g), bread (crumbled), walnut rice (275 g) and peas (extra fine) (400 g )).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Halve the zucchini along the length. Using a spoon, scoop the pulp from the zucchini halves, leaving a wall of approx. 1 cm thick. Slice the shredded pulp fine. Place the hollowed courgettes side by side in an oven dish.

Mix the mince with the onion, curry powder, zucchini meat, cranberry compote and bread crumbs. Divide the minced meat over the zucchini halves and press firmly. Put the oven dish in the middle of the oven and bake the filled zucchini in 45 minutes.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Warm up the peas and mix the peas and rice together. Serve the peas rice with the stuffed courgettes.
