Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Grind the almonds in the food processor into fine flour, or use almond flour.

Transfer the almonds flour into a bowl.

Puree the bananas with the apricots and the orange juice in the food processor.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the banana purée.

Stir in the almond flour with the oatmeal, orange zest, cinnamon, ginger powder, baking powder and some salt.

Stir everything into a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the cake tin (1 liter capacity) and sprinkle the frozen blueberries.

Slide the mold into a ridge in the middle of the oven and fry the banana bread until golden brown and done in 60-75 minutes.

Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes in the mold and then on a rack.
