Wraps with farmer's cabbage salad and tuna

Directions

  1. Chop the onions coarsely.
  2. Let the tuna drain well.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into broad strips.
  4. Transfer the kale to a colander and pour 1 liter of boiling water over it, so that the leaves shrink, but remain green.
  5. Let the kale drain well.
  6. Mix the kale in a bowl with mayonnaise and half of the onions.
  7. Spread the tortillas and divide in the middle a large stripe of farmhouse cabbage salad.
  8. Spoon the tuna over the kale and put the bell peppers on it.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining yellow onion with the capers over it. Roll the wraps firmly and cut them diagonally in half.
