Directions

  1. Beat the flour with the milk until there are no more lumps in the batter and beat the eggs one by one. Add a pinch of salt and let the batter rest for a while.
  2. Let the skillet get hot and brush with a little butter. Pour a spoonful of batter into the pan and turn the pan around to distribute the batter well.
