Directions

  1. If necessary, cut the inner core from the chicory stalks and cut the praise into slanted strips.
  2. Roast the walnuts in a dry hot frying pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the dressing. Add half of the nuts and half of the blue cheese.
  4. Scoop the dressing through the chicory strips and divide a small pile over 4 plates.
  5. Divide the slices of pear over them and sprinkle with the rest of the nuts and blue cheese. Tasty with baguette.
