Cut the apples into slices and drizzle them with some lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

Stir in the mayonnaise, yogurt, chutney and curry for dressing and season to taste with salt.

Spoon the chicken breast, strawberries, celery and apple together. Divide the lettuce over a flat dish. Spoon the chicken salad and sprinkle with the cashew nuts.

Give the dressing separately. Eat crusty bread, eg baguette, ciabatta or Turkish bread, with the salad.
