Directions

Stir the soup vegetables for about 3 minutes in a soup pot in 2 tablespoons of the olive oil with half the garlic.

Add the tomato cubes with juice and the stock, supplemented with water according to the instructions on the packaging, and cook gently for about 5 minutes.

Mix in the beans and herbs and heat without cooking. Mix the rest of the oil with the garlic, brush the bread and serve with the soup.
