Directions

  1. Roast the almond shavings in a dry, hot frying pan and keep separate.
  2. Fold some aluminum foil around the bananas. Roast the bananas for about 15 minutes on the barbecue until the inside is completely soft.
  3. Remove the aluminum foil and peel off part of the skin from each banana.
  4. Cut the bananas open lengthwise. Fill them with the pieces of chocolate. Serve the bananas with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with the almond shavings.
