Let the butter in a bowl at room temperature so soft in about 30 minutes that the butter is stirring.

Finely chop the parsley, basil and spring onions. Cut the chives finely. Grate the orange. Squeeze the garlic cloves above and add the herbs. Stir everything well with a fork. Put the butter in a dish with a spatula.
