Gratinated chicory with gorgonzola and chives.

Wash the chicory. Cut a thin slice of the stalks and halve the bushes in the length.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and place the bushes side by side in the pan. Sprinkle with salt.

Place the lid on the pan and let the shrubs be cooked for about 12 minutes. Turn them halfway.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven grill to the highest setting. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and finely chop the chives.

Place the shrubs of chicory with the cutting edge upwards in the oven dish. Divide the cheese over the chicory.

Place the dish on the grid 10 cm under the grill and let the cheese melt in a few minutes. Sprinkle with chives.
