Roast the ham slices under a hot grill or in a dry hot frying pan.

Puree the ingredients for the dressing but keep 50 grams of the goat's cheese separately.

Divide the spinach over the plates. Peel the eggs, cut into wedges and spread them over the spinach.

Pour the dressing over the salad and put the ham, the nuts and the rest of the goat's cheese, crumbled, on top.
