Directions

  1. Cut e onions into rings.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan.
  3. Fry the onion rings with cumin and freshly ground black pepper over medium-high heat for 8 minutes until tender and brown.
  4. Let them cool slightly.
  5. Brush the slices of bread generously with piccalilly.
  6. Drape four slices of roast beef on four slices each and divide the onion rings and some rocket over.
  7. Cover with the other slices with the piccalilly side down.
