Ingredients
Directions
-
Roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan.
-
Do not simmer the beans and mix in the almonds, onion, raisins, coconut, salt and pepper. Form of this mixture of balls the size of a bitterbal.
-
Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seed, remove the balls and press well. Place the bean balls in the fridge or freezer for a while to make them firmer.
-
Meanwhile, make the dip: mix the mango chutney with the red pepper, honey and possibly a dash of oil. Heat a layer of oil in a frying pan and fry the bean balls golden brown in about 5 minutes.
