Beef balls with geleprika sauce
Balls of ground beef, with a sauce of paprika, garlic and pine nuts.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts for 3 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate.

Remove the leaves of basil from the twigs and cut finely.

Mix the mince with the pine nuts, the basil and the egg.

Form 12 balls with moist hands. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 10 min. Around golden brown and done.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely.

Heat the oil in another frying pan and fry the garlic and cumin for 30 seconds. on medium heat. Put in a fireproof bowl.

Heat the oil in the same frying pan and fry the potato wedges for 12 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, add the peppers and pine nuts to the mixture in the refractory bowl.

Puree with the hand blender into a thick sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the meatballs with the paprika sauce and potato wedges. Garnish with the basil.
