Beef cucumbers with red cabbage, apple and grapes

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and gently fry the onion. Halve the grapes, peel the apple and cut into cubes. Spoon the red cabbage with cubes of apple, grapes, cinnamon and orange juice through it. Let the red cabbage covered gently simmer for 10-15 minutes until the apple is soft.

In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in a frying pan and fry the sausages around brown. Add a dash of water and let it cook for 6-8 minutes, turning regularly. Meanwhile, reduce the moisture to a gravy. Serve the sausages with the red cabbages and roasted potatoes and serve the gravy separately.
