Tuna ciabatta from the oven
Grilled ciabatta topped with dairy spread, tuna, cherry tomatoes and red onion with a salad of oakleaf lamella, cucumber salad and olive oil fresh lemon.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the ciabattas half way through. Place the 4 halves on 1 or 2 baking trays and bake them in the oven for 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, let the tuna drain. Store 1 tbsp of the oil. Halve the tomatoes and cut the onion in half rings.

Remove the bread from the oven, leave the oven on and set it to the grill position. Brush the bottom halves with the dairy spread and spread the tuna over it.

Cover with half of the tomatoes and 2/3 of the onion. Sprinkle with the oil of the tuna. Grill the bottom halves for another 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the oak leaf lettuce, raw vegetables and the rest of the tomatoes and onion with the lemon olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.

Remove the bread from the oven. Lay the top bread halves on top and cut each ciabatta in half.

Divide over 4 plates and add the salad. Serve immediately.
