Ingredients
- 500 gram cod fillet fresh
- 500 gram frozen cod fillet
- 100 gram flour
- 200 milliliters fish stock of tablet cooled down
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 egg
- Red pepper without seeds, very finely chopped
- 2 spring / forest onion very finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- Peanut oil to fry
- Sunflower oil to fry
