Stir-fried snow peas with steak
Stir fried steak strips with snow peas, garlic, ginger and lime.

Slice the garlic. Peel the ginger and cut into pieces. Spoon the steak with the garlic, ginger and salt and pepper to taste. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan, stirring the steak strips in two portions all the way on high heat around fast brown. Remove them from the wok. Halve the snow peas in the length.

Heat the remaining oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the pea pods for 3-5 minutes over a high heat. Squeeze the lime. Then pour in the fried steak strips, the oyster sauce and the lime juice.

Heat the dish over medium heat well and serve with the rice.
