Cut the aubergine into cubes, the tomato into pieces and the garlic fine.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eggplant for 2 minutes.

Add the garlic, pour the tomato through and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the raisins and tuna and heat for 1 more minute.

Drain the pasta and scoop through the vegetables. Add the leaves of the basil, pepper and possibly salt.

Spoon the pasta into deep plates.
