Beef goulash with rice
Hungarian beef goulash with beef roasts, tomato and rice.

Cut the beef into pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pieces of meat in 5 min. Brown.

Cut the onion into thin parts. Divide the onion around the meat, fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Put in the paprika powder and the Italian herbs and fry for 1 more minute.

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and scoop the tomatoes through the meat. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Smother the goulash covered on a low heat for 2-3 hours. Turn the pan if necessary. on a flame distributor when the goulash starts cooking; he may just be on the boil.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Divide the rice over deep plates and scoop the goulash next to it. Spoon a generous spoon of crème fraîche on the goulash.
