Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging and let them drain well. Cook the noodle rather too short than a little too long, so that it still holds a bite.

Heat the oil in the wok or frying pan and stir fry the Chinese cabbage, mushrooms and garlic in a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the salmon and shrimp and stir fry for a few minutes at high setting.

Spoon the noodles and oyster sauce through the stir fry and warm for another minute.

Finally, toss the coriander through and serve in deep plates.
