Directions

  1. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging and let them drain well. Cook the noodle rather too short than a little too long, so that it still holds a bite.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok or frying pan and stir fry the Chinese cabbage, mushrooms and garlic in a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the salmon and shrimp and stir fry for a few minutes at high setting.
  4. Spoon the noodles and oyster sauce through the stir fry and warm for another minute.
  5. Finally, toss the coriander through and serve in deep plates.
