Peel the potatoes and cook them in plenty of water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Drain and let cool slightly. Cut into thin slices.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Chop the onion and cut the winter carrot into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and carrot for 3 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry in 3 min. Golden brown.

Add the tomatoes, warm for another 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Put the minced meat mixture in the baking dish.

Wash and cut the leek in rings. Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan and fry the leek for 4 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Divide the leeks over the minced meat mixture. Lay the potato on top of it and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 min.
