Italian slavink with green beans
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato wedges (600 g, frozen), olive oil, lean bacon cubes (duopak 250 g), finches, dried oregano, balsamic vinegar and green beans (cleaned).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Divide the potato wedges over a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake them brown in about 18 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon cubes for 6 minutes. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle the croquette with the oregano and fry in the minced bacon fat in the pan for 15 minutes until tender and brown. Add the balsamic vinegar and 50 ml of water.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water with salt to the boil and boil the green beans in 8 min. Until al dente. Drain and mix in the bacon.

Place a croquette on each plate and scoop a little balsamic vinegar over it. Serve with the green beans and potato wedges.
