Thai barbecue skewer with steak and salmon

Directions

Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

Divide half of the marinade over the steak and half over the salmon. Boil well and marinate in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.

Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.

Wipe the marinade of the cubes of meat and fish and baste them around the skewers. (3 blocks of each per skewer).

Heat the oven grill or barbecue and grill the skewers for about 4 minutes per side.

Delicious with white rice and a sweet and sour spicy cucumber salad.
