Autumn salad with pear


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (a 2 pieces), conference pears, olive oil, smoked bacon cubes (250 g), onion (in half rings), mushrooms (a 250 g), balsamic vinegar (bottle 250 ml) and curly lettuce melange (100 g).

Directions

  1. Puff the potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Halve the pears and remove the cores. Cut the unpeeled pear into segments.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon cubes in 3-4 min. Add the onion and the whole mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Divide the lettuce mixture and the mushroom mixture into 4 plates. Put the segments of pear in between. Serve with the roasted potatoes.
