A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, saltwater shrimp raw and unpeeled ((500 g, frozen), thawed), penne (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, garlic (squeezed), onions (chopped), fresh red pesto (bowl) 125 g), chicken broth (from tablet), pine nuts ((box 80 g), roasted) and Parmesan cheese (grated).

Directions

  1. Pel the shrimp. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the onion and cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimps and pesto and cook for 3 minutes. Add the stock and cook for 4 minutes on high heat.
  3. Drain the pasta and scoop through the shrimp. Spread over 4 plates, sprinkle with the pine nuts and cheese and serve immediately.
